Position Overview
A large, established human services organization is seeking a Chief of Care Management to provide executive leadership over a large, multi-layered care management operation. This is a newly created senior leadership role overseeing an organization of approximately 800 Care Managers, with VPs, Regional Directors, and Supervisors responsible for day-to-day execution across the organization.

- Lead and manage a team of Care Managers, VPs, Regional Directors, and Supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement care management strategies to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in care management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
