Maintenance Worker

Description
Assist clients in moving their possessions from various locations into program apartments.
Conduct Housing Quality Standards Inspections
Provide minor repairs and improvements to residences when necessary.
Clean-up and disinfecting of apartments prior to occupancy.
Remove snow/ice on the various residences property.
Keep accurate logs of daily activities.
Confirm appointments with clients for their scheduleed repairs.

Qualifications
The position requires related maintenance experience.
Must have a clean and valid driver’s license without accidents, suspensions and revocations, as well as the ability to drive a box truck.
Must have ability to establish workload priorities.
The physical ability to perform the essential job functions are needed including lifting up to 50 pounds.
In addition, the Maintenance/Driver shall perform any duties as required to meet the needs of the agency and the clients that we serve.
