Job Description:
We are looking for a flexible and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Floater to support our clinical teams across various locations within your designated borough. This is an excellent opportunity to gain diverse experience in different clinical settings while providing vital coverage and support.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality physical therapy interventions under the direction and supervision of a licensed PT.
Instruct and motivate patients through their prescribed exercise programs.
Track and document patient progress accurately.
Communicate effectively with supervising PTs, patients, and families.

Key Requirements:
Valid PTA License (or Limited Permit).
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in orthopedics or acute care is a plus, but not required. New grads welcome!
