Maternal RN Nurse Educator-Day Shift

We are actively looking for an RN Nurse Educator with direct Maternal experience.

We are seeking a passionate individual with extensive experience in Labor & Delivery, NICU, MBU, and Pediatrics to lead and inspire our nursing team.

Position Responsibilities:

Design and implement educational programs and training sessions for nursing staff.
Evaluate and enhance the quality of nursing practice through continuous development strategies.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Mentor and support nurses in their professional growth and development.

Requirements
Master’s Degree in Nursing Education.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Maternal Child settings (L&D, NICU, MBU, Peds).
Previous educator experience in an acute facility setting.
