German-Speaking Business Development Specialist – Architects & Design Firms

A leading international company is seeking a professional to develop and strengthen relationships with architects, designers, and architectural firms in the German market.

This is an independent and influential role that combines business relationship development, presentation of professional solutions, identification of new opportunities, and ongoing collaboration with teams in Israel and abroad.

The role includes identifying and initiating contact with architects, designers, and architectural firms in Germany, scheduling professional meetings, presenting the company’s solutions, and building long-term relationships with key industry professionals.

The position also involves identifying new business opportunities and transferring them to the sales team for further development, working closely with the Sales, Marketing, and International Business teams, documenting and tracking activity in the CRM system, and participating in training sessions, professional meetings, and international travel as required.

Qualifications:

Native-level German – required.
Fluent English – required.
3–4 years of experience in business development, account management, client relations, or another client-facing business role – required.
Experience working with architects, designers, architectural firms, or professionals in the construction industry – a significant advantage.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM systems.
Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
