Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Video User Acquisition Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and analyzing video acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong focus on performance marketing and measurable business outcomes.

You will work closely with our Creative and Social Media teams, including designers and copywriters, to develop high-performing video creatives and continuously improve campaign performance through testing and data-driven insights.

 

Responsibilities:

·      Plan, execute, and optimize video user acquisition campaigns across digital advertising platforms.

·      Manage media buying activities, budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign performance.

·      Analyze campaign results, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI and scale performance.

·      Collaborate closely with designers, video creators, and copywriters to develop, test, and iterate on creative assets.

·      Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, messaging, and campaign structures.

·      Monitor key performance metrics and prepare regular performance reports.

·      Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and targeting strategies.

·      Maintain a high level of campaign accuracy, organization, and quality control.

·      Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Display & Video 360 (DV360).

·      Strong understanding of media buying principles, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.

·      Experience working with video advertising campaigns.

·      Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

·      Highly independent, proactive, and able to manage projects with minimal supervision.

·      Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.

·      Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

·      Strong communication and collaboration skills.
