Looking for an organized, proactive Team Lead to manage a team of 15 remote coordinators and keep daily operations running smoothly.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and support a team of 15 remote coordinators
- Monitor workloads and overall team performance
- Assign priorities and ensure tasks are completed on time
