Our work is grounded in the belief that science-backed education, thoughtful mentorship, and meaningful professional community are essential to sustaining excellence in trauma therapy.

As an organization, TTI is guided by core values of inclusivity, humble accountability, efficiency, and relationship-centered leadership.

Position Summary

The Marketing Assistant is a hands-on support role responsible for helping execute TTI's day-to-day marketing operations, from design and email builds to reporting and program administration. This individual is detail-oriented and design-forward, with the analytical curiosity to understand what the data means. This is a junior-level role with room to grow, and with strong performance, it has the potential to expand into a full-time, W2 position.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Execution

Execute design and content tasks assigned, including social media graphics, email graphics, and other creative assets.
Keep TTI's app updated with current content, graphics, and information.
Support planning and program management tasks as needed to keep projects on track.
Maintain an organized library of brand assets, templates, and design files for easy team access.
Ensure all design work is consistent with TTI's brand guidelines and visual identity.
Resize, reformat, and repurpose existing creative assets for different platforms and channels as needed.

Email Marketing (HubSpot)

Generate HTML email builds using AI tools and deploy them in HubSpot.
Review and QA every send for accuracy, mobile rendering, and brand consistency before deployment.
Learn and apply HubSpot best practices for email deployment (training provided).
Build and format marketing emails in HubSpot using the copy provided.
Ensure emails are on-brand, error-free, and properly formatted before sending.
Learn and apply HubSpot best practices for email build and deployment (training provided).

Performance & Data Support

Complete Monday morning core data entry ahead of the core meetings.
Pull data for sales and promotional reports, including manual reporting within HubSpot.
Apply an analytical mindset to evaluate data accuracy, identify factors that may impact reported numbers, and determine which data points are relevant (training on data pulls provided).
Maintain and update recurring tracking spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting documents.
Organize and file reporting materials so historical data is easy to reference and compare over time.
Assist with light market research as requested.

Technology & Platform Fluency

Willingness and ability to dive into TTI's tech stack and learn internal tools.
Stay current on Canva and HubSpot features, updates, and best practices.

Collaboration & Team Contribution

Provide flexible, cross-functional support on anything and everything Sarah is working on.
Integrate and collaborate with the TTI team on project alignment and content coordination.
Proactively raise questions, blockers, or ideas.
Operate as a true team member with ownership and accountability.
Demonstrate alignment with TTI's core organizational values in all interactions.

Future Growth Opportunities

As TTI scales, this role has the opportunity to expand into a full-time, W2 position with broader marketing ownership.
Take on increasing responsibility across design, email marketing, and reporting as skills develop.

Required Qualifications

Experience with email marketing software (Kajabi, ActiveCampaign, MailChimp, Constant Contact, Klaviyo, Kit/ConvertKit, MailerLite, etc).
Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily execution, with the judgment to evaluate and correct output rather than accept it as is.
Demonstrated design experience; proficiency in Canva strongly preferred.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically about data accuracy, relevant data points, and what may be influencing the numbers.
Excellent written communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with HubSpot; candidates with experience in a comparable platform (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Kajabi etc) will be trained on HubSpot.
Experience with more advanced design tools beyond Canva.
Background or interest in the health, wellness, mental health, or professional education space.
