Job description

The Role
We're looking for a driven, relationship-oriented Business Development Representative to open doors with retail buyers, category managers, and digital product leaders at mid-to-large retail organizations. Your job is to identify the right contacts inside target retail accounts, start meaningful conversations, and book qualified discovery calls for our leadership team.
This is a fully remote, commission-only role. You set your own hours and get paid for results.

What You'll Do

Research and prospect target brand accounts in the home improvement, tools, hardware, crafts, and adjacent consumer product verticals.
Identify the right decision-makers: CMOs, heads of e-commerce, VP of marketing, digital product leads, and founders at growing D2C brands.
Execute multi-channel outreach via email, LinkedIn, and Instagram to initiate meaningful conversations.
Personalize messaging around each brand's specific post-purchase engagement challenge, product catalog, and digital footprint.
Book qualified discovery calls with contacts who influence or own the brand's digital customer experience.
Track all activity in the outreach CRM and report weekly on pipeline progress.
What You'll Earn
This is one of the most aggressive commission structures in early-stage SaaS. We don't offer a base salary, so we make the upside worth it.
50% to 100% commission on every retail deal you close.
Close two deals a quarter working part-time hours, and you're earning more than most full-time sales roles. There is no cap.

Who We're Looking For
You're a strong fit if you:

Have experience prospecting into mid-to-large retail, e-commerce, or consumer brand organizations.
Understand how retail buying and digital product decisions get made and who the right people are.
Are comfortable navigating large organizations, finding decision-makers, and getting past gatekeepers.
Write concise, compelling outreach that earns a response from busy executives.
Are organized, self-directed, and can manage a pipeline without hand-holding.

Bonus points if you:

Have worked in SaaS, e-commerce technology, or digital marketing tools.
Have experience selling to or working with Shopify brands.
Have existing relationships inside D2C brand marketing or e-commerce teams.
Are familiar with the home improvement, tools, hardware, or crafts product space.
