Job Summary
Years of Experience

8+ years of experience in supporting Saviynt identity and access management (IAM) solutions, responsible for resolving complex technical issues, architecting solutions, and ensuring the success of our clients' IAM implementations.
General Description

Resolution of highly complex technical issues related to Saviynt's platform.
Maintain and monitor existing Saviynt integrations, workflows and configurations
Support JDBC and API based application onboarding by performing testing and resolving the issues
Knowledge of Saviynt connectors for various applications, ensuring seamless integration and access governance. Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize connector performance.
Join major incident management bridge in case of P1 issues
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from L2, ensuring timely resolution
Provide support for complex user/access provisioning issues
Troubleshoot any integration/connector related issues
Fix issues related to approval and request based workflows
Analyze trends in incidents management to identify causes and propose long term solution
Perform root cause analysis for P1 & P2 issues, fix them and update SOPs
Ensuring all the IAM services are up and running and proactively monitor Saviynt EIC services
Support L2 resource for any issues which require heavy configuration changes
Assist in debugging and troubleshooting issues, including collaboration with technology vendors
Act as single point of contact for HP
Provide continuous improvement ideas
Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients, ensuring their IAM needs are met.
Mentor and train support teams on architectural best practices and innovative solution design.

Skill Requirements
Technical Requirements

Profound expertise in Saviynt's IAM platform, including in-depth knowledge of configurations, integrations, and customization.
Advanced understanding of IAM technologies, concepts, and best practices.
Strong experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within Saviynt.
Proven ability to architect and design innovative solutions based on Saviynt to meet unique client requirements.
Proficiency in managing and maintaining Saviynt's IAM systems at an architectural level.
Comprehensive knowledge of scripting languages and tools for automating IAM processes.
Expertise in access control, security protocols, and IAM administration.
Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance standards relevant to IAM, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or similar regulations.
Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, and other authentication protocols.
