Client Operations Liaison

A company that builds and runs offshore teams for U.S. businesses is seeking a Client Operations Liaison to serve onsite at a client's office in Monsey, managing the offshore workforce relationship from the inside. Responsibilities include managing the offshore workforce across multiple departments and time zones, owning KPIs, translating client needs into action, monitoring queues and turnaround times, and flagging staffing needs before they become issues. Requirements: a strong people operations background managing teams across multiple countries, experience managing multiple departments simultaneously, and excellent organizational skills are required for this position. Experience with revenue cycle management, ideally pharmacy or long term care, is a plus.
