Job Title: Female RBT / ABA Paraprofessional
Location: Crown Heights, Brooklyn, NY
Pay: Dependent on experience

Description:
LBAPS is now hiring a female RBT / ABA Paraprofessional to provide school-based support to a 9-year-old girl in Crown Heights. The ideal candidate should have RBT certification or be willing to obtain certification.

Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 ABA support in a school setting
• Implement individualized ABA strategies and interventions
• Support the student with communication, socialization, and daily skills
• Follow the treatment plan and direction of the supervising BCBA
• Collect and document data as required
• Collaborate with the school team, family, and clinical staff
• Maintain a professional and supportive environment

Qualifications:
• Female candidate required
• RBT certification required or willingness to obtain certification
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred
• Reliable, responsible, and professional
• Ability to work effectively in a school setting
