Technical Recruiter

Alteva RCM is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to help us build out our technology teams.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to find great technical talent — not just manage incoming applications. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand what each team needs, proactively source candidates, and manage the recruitment process from initial outreach through offer stage.

What you’ll be doing:
• Own full-cycle recruitment for technical and technology-related roles
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and other channels
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and hiring priorities
• Conduct initial screenings and assess candidate fit
• Manage candidate communication and interview coordination
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Help improve our recruiting processes and candidate experience

 

What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience recruiting for technical roles
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
• Familiarity with roles across software, data, analytics, IT, systems, product, or related fields
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
• A proactive, independent approach and comfort working in a fast-growing environment
