Registered Nurse (RN) - Monsey, NY

Yedel Chesed is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide dedicated care for medically complex individuals residing in our group homes across multiple locations in Monsey, NY.

Schedule & Compensation

Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours/week (in-person) with flexible scheduling options.

Compensation: $45 - $50 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

Monitor the health status of residents and provide timely responses to any changes in their medical condition.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical documentation and individualized care plans.

Collaborate effectively with physicians, family members, and the broader interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

Provide ongoing training and clinical support to direct care staff.

Qualifications

Required: BSN degree.

Required: Active New York State RN license.

Preferred: Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or medically complex patients.
