Group Home Director

An organization is seeking a Group Home Director to manage group homes and residential services. The candidate will oversee daily operations, supervise staff and residential managers, maintain regulatory compliance, and ensure quality care.
Skills and Requirements
• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of NJ DDD inspections and corrective action plans.
• Background working with developmentally disabled individuals.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple homes and competing priorities.

Location: Lakewood, New Jersey
Work arrangement: In-Person
Salary Range: $140k - $160k
Working hours: 40 hrs/week
