Growth Development Specialist

A healthcare company is seeking a Growth Development Specialist to expand referral partnerships. The candidate will be responsible for building referral relationships, generating community partnerships, developing outreach strategies, and increasing market awareness.
Skills and Requirements
• Experience in referral development or a related field.
• Background in DDD and/or ODP services preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated, organized, and resourceful approach.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout NJ and PA.

Location: Lakewood, New Jersey
Work arrangement: In-Person, Hybrid
Salary Range: $75k - $125k
Working hours: 40 hrs/week
