Operations Manager – Growing Financial Management Firm

Clover Financial Management is looking for a strong Operations Manager to help lead our growing team.

We work with successful small and mid-sized businesses, providing bookkeeping, financial management, and financial consulting.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the day-to-day operation — manage and train staff, review work, keep deadlines on track, and make sure clients are properly taken care of.

The right person is organized, responsible, good with people, and knows how to get things done.

Bookkeeping/QuickBooks experience strongly preferred. Management experience a big plus.
