Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized professional to join our Marketing Services team in a temporary (4 months), non-client-facing support role. This position provides critical operational support to client-facing staff, helping ensure projects run smoothly and accurately across design, digital, and analytics functions. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to step in as backup design support when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Project Support (50%)
Assist with ad hoc marketing projects using Adobe InDesign
Perform CMS-based website edits and updates
Quality Control (25%)
Conduct quality control reviews on marketing deliverables, including websites, direct mail, and email campaigns
Identify and flag errors or inconsistencies prior to client delivery
Analytics Support (15%)
Support the management and monitoring of client Google Analytics accounts
Records Management (10%)
Maintain and update records in Salesforce and/or HIVE to ensure accurate project and client documentation

Requirements
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Project/traffic coordination experience, with the ability to juggle multiple client requests, deadlines, and internal approvals without dropping balls
Strong written communication skills; comfortable drafting emails, briefs, or status updates that may go external
Detail-oriented QA instincts, with an eye for catching typos, brand inconsistencies, or spec errors before work goes out the door
Working proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) — portfolio-level skill isn't required, but candidate should be able to make edits, resize assets, or build simple layouts
Comfortable working at an agency pace, with tolerance for fast turnarounds and shifting priorities
Familiarity with CMS platforms for website edits
Experience with Google Analytics preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce and/or HIVE a plus
