Employment Law Analyst

About the Role
The Employment Law Analyst will provide support to ComPsych’s Absence Management team through conducting research and providing updated legal information.

What You'll Do
Conduct ADA and FMLA compliance research as well as state and municipal leave policy research
Communicate updated information to ComPsych’s Sales, Account Services and Operations teams
Work with Absence Management team members to adjust guidance around FMLA/ADA updated compliance
Review and organize current research data
Special projects as assigned
Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree required, JD preferred
Demonstrated research skills
Analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently
Occasional travel to the Chicago office for onsite team meetings
