Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for entry-level and early-career positions across the Northeast Series.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, position requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified and diverse talent.
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, coordinate interview processes, and facilitate hiring decisions.
Present qualified candidate slates and provide market insights to hiring leaders.
Negotiate offers and support candidates through the pre-employment and onboarding process.
Help us build a diverse, dynamic pipeline of future leaders in the insurance brokerage industry
Hiring Manager Partnership

Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers by providing guidance on hiring best practices, interview techniques, and talent market trends.
Conduct intake meetings and establish recruitment plans for open positions.
Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders regarding candidate pipelines, search progress, and hiring outcomes.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and other talent channels.
Build and maintain pipelines of qualified entry-level and early-career candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Develop creative strategies to engage passive talent and increase candidate flow.
Candidate Experience

Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
Represent Lockton's culture, values, and employer brand in all candidate interactions.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
Experience recruiting for entry-level, professional, or early-career talent.
Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking channels.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple open requisitions while meeting deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Preferred

Experience recruiting within professional services, insurance, financial services, consulting, or similar industries.
Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques.
Experience supporting geographically dispersed hiring teams.
Experience utilizing recruiting metrics to drive hiring decisions.
