Director of Congregational Engagement & Events

Are you a strategic relationship-builder, community connector and communicator who thrives on creating meaningful engagement?

We are seeking a Director of Congregational Engagement & Events to partner with our Rabbi and leadership team in cultivating a welcoming, vibrant, and connected congregation.

This highly relational role will lead member engagement, volunteer development, community events, and communications — helping individuals and families find meaningful pathways to belonging, participation, and leadership.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in community engagement, nonprofit leadership, volunteer management, or related fields
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong project management and organizational abilities
Experience in faith-based, nonprofit, membership, or community-centered organizations preferred
