Job description
Project Coordinator
Why Digacore?
At Digacore, you’re joining a fast-paced MSP where teams take ownership, make real decisions, and actually enjoy doing great work together. The pace is high, but you’re never on your own—people step up, share knowledge, and have each other’s backs. Wins get celebrated, feedback is encouraged, and growth is part of the deal. It’s challenging work, an awesome team and every day is rewarding.
About the Role:
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll help keep client projects organized, on track, and moving forward. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, technicians, clients, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate timelines, resources, and communication. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once. You don’t need to have all the answers—but you do need to stay on top of everything and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in understanding client business needs and managing client expectations
Coordinate project development and deployment, including site surveys
Coordinate day-to-day project activities across internal teams and vendors, including Procurement, Hardware, Backend Technicians and Sales teams, communicating updates in a clear and timely manner
Communicate with clients, ensuring all interactions are professional and reflect Digacore’s commitment to excellent service
Schedule onsite visits and transitions, coordinating with third-party technicians and vendors
Track project progress and help ensure deadlines are met, providing updates to management when necessary
Assist with resource coordination and task assignments for technicians
Maintain accurate and organized project documentation
Help identify risks or delays and escalate when needed
Support Project Managers in keeping projects on scope and on budget
All other tasks as assigned
Job Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in a coordination, operations, or project support role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Clear and professional communication skills
Comfortable working across teams and following up to keep things moving
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
A proactive mindset—you don’t wait to be told what’s falling behind
Familiarity with ticketing or project management systems a plus
