ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Charles Berrouet State Farm Insurance Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Answer customer inquiries and requests.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Dedicated to customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in University City , Philadelphia (Easy Parking).
I have been a State Farm agent since 2017.
I am a second generation State Farm agent.
I am a proud graduate of Purdue University.
We currently have 12 team members at our agency.
Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Million Dollar Round Table, and Senior Vice President's Club
