About the Role
Deployment Strategists architect the refounding motion and bring it to life.

From day one, you will work within the operating environment of the businesses we acquire and act with high agency. You will learn from the people who know the business best, develop a deep understanding of how it operates, and identify where AI can create the greatest impact. From there, you will design the systems, workflows, and tools that amplify the company’s strengths and unlock new ways of working. It’s a hands-on, high-ownership role with a simple mandate: refound companies with applied AI.

As Sequence grows, the role will expand into shaping how entire verticals operate on Atlas. You will work closely with industry experts to build on what already works, challenge existing assumptions, and develop better operating models for entire industries.

Requirements
Deep understanding of how businesses operate and ability to translate that into technical solutions
Relentlessly product-oriented. Obsesses over details to get the user experience right.
Exceptional communicator. Equally effective running a room with junior employees or presenting to a CEO.
Raw horsepower and tenacity. Will run through walls to deliver results.
Strong operating experience.
Willing to spend meaningful time on-site at portfolio companies.
