Automotive Service Advisor

McGrath City Honda is seeking a motivated and high-performing Service Advisor to join our fast-paced service team. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales ability, a customer-first mindset, and the drive to succeed in a busy dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive service experience from start to finish
Effectively recommend and sell service and maintenance needs based on vehicle inspections
Maintain strong Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores while achieving sales goals
Communicate clearly with customers regarding service recommendations, timelines, and costs
Coordinate with technicians and service staff to ensure efficient workflow
Handle a high volume of customers while maintaining attention to detail and organization
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive service/sales role
Strong sales background with the ability to meet and exceed performance goals
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering high CSI results
Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
