Cloud Engineer

Position Overview
Cloud Engineer will play a key role in the design, support, and optimization of cloud solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. This position focuses on O365, Security, AI, Intune, Exchange, Teams phone design and support, and overall cloud architecture. The Cloud Engineer will ensure robust, secure, and scalable environments that meet organizational needs and support digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
· Design, implement, and manage Microsoft O365 environments to optimize collaboration and productivity.

· Develop and maintain cloud architecture aligned with business goals and security standards.

· Provide expert support for Microsoft Exchange, including troubleshooting and maintenance.

· Design and support Teams phone systems, ensuring reliable communication solutions.

· Configure and manage Intune for device and application security.

· Integrate AI features to enhance cloud services and user experience.

· Monitor and improve cloud security, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulations.

· Collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver tailored cloud solutions.

Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

· Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Certified).

· Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud engineering with a focus on Microsoft technologies.

· Strong understanding of O365, Exchange, Intune, Teams, and cloud security principles.
