About Us

Nothing is clearer to us than the belief that every woman should include strength training in her life to enhance both physical and mental well-being. It's about building strong bodies and even stronger minds, asserting their right to take up space in the gym, and allowing the spotlight to shine bright on their progress.

To us, strength training represents a determined, goal-oriented mindset and an unwavering work ethic. We don't wait for success; we create it through hard work and determination. When faced with challenges, we don't back down; instead, we break through barriers, recognising that true progress lies on the other side.

These are the pillars that form the foundation of Oner Active. We consistently challenge ourselves to create innovative and impactful products, so that you can perform better. With our range of products and innovative approach, we provide a wide variety of colours to ensure that all skin tones genuinely radiate in Oner.

Our Purpose and Mission

We are on a mission to unite and empower women to be the strongest version of themselves through strength training. We want to inspire women to take centre stage in the gym by promoting strength training, which underpins all movement and sport, as a healthy foundation in life.

About you:

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Partnerships Manager to lead a portfolio of Oner Active's highest-value US athletes and ambassadors and help shape the next stage of our Partnerships function in the US.

This is a senior commercial talent-management role, not simply an influencer marketing position. You will own a portfolio of approximately 10–15 high-value talent relationships, with direct accountability for their revenue performance, investment, content output and long-term growth within Oner Active.

You will own these relationships end-to-end: identifying and recruiting talent, negotiating commercial terms, managing contracts and onboarding, developing annual partnership plans, briefing and producing content, supporting launches and events, analysing performance and ultimately making recommendations on where Oner should increase, maintain or reduce investment.

We are looking for someone who has already done this successfully within a major activewear, sportswear or scaled DTC consumer brand. You should understand the intersection between talent, content, performance marketing and commerce, and be equally comfortable building a relationship with a major athlete or agent, interrogating a P&L, working directly inside Paid Media platforms, negotiating a contract or being on the ground delivering an event.

This is a fast-moving, hands-on role with significant opportunity to grow into broader leadership of the Partnerships function.

You’ll be responsible for:

Talent & Commercial Performance

Personally own and develop approximately 10–15 of Oner Active's highest-value US athletes and ambassadors, building trusted, long-term relationships with talent and their management teams.

Own a defined revenue target and talent P&L, with accountability for revenue, ROI, new-customer acquisition and overall commercial performance across your roster.

Build individual annual growth plans for talent, identifying opportunities to increase revenue, audience reach, content performance and wider strategic value.

Use performance data to make clear investment decisions across the roster — identifying where we should recruit, develop, renew, renegotiate, increase investment or exit.

Identify and recruit exceptional new talent capable of contributing to Oner's next stage of US growth.

Maintain a strong network across athletes, creators, agents, managers and the wider US fitness and entertainment ecosystem.

Lead commercial negotiations directly with talent and agents, balancing relationship quality with disciplined commercial outcomes.

Contracts, Legal & Operations

Own the partnership lifecycle from initial negotiation through contracting, onboarding, execution, renewal and offboarding.

Confidently manage contracts and commercial terms directly, partnering with Legal where required rather than relying on Legal to drive the process.

Ensure deliverables, exclusivity, usage rights, commissions, fixed fees and other commercial terms are accurately reflected and operationalised.

Maintain exceptional operational standards across talent payments, reporting, product send-outs, deliverables and launch readiness.

Anticipate issues early and bring solutions and recommendations, rather than waiting for escalation.

Content & Paid Media

Develop content strategies for individual talent that balance brand storytelling, product education, cultural relevance and commercial performance.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of content production across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms, understanding what excellent native content looks like on each.

Personally brief talent and work with creators to improve concepts, hooks, storytelling, product communication and execution.

Understand how organic talent content translates into performance creative and work closely with Paid Media to identify, test and scale high-performing creator assets.

Have direct, hands-on experience within major Paid Media platforms, with the ability to understand campaign structures, audiences, creative performance, ROAS/CPA and how talent content contributes to acquisition.

Understand usage rights, whitelisting/partnership ads and the commercial implications of scaling talent content through Paid.

Events & Activations

Develop and execute high-impact talent activations supporting launches, retail moments and wider US growth.

Bring direct event and production experience, understanding the operational detail required to move an activation from concept through production and delivery.

Work comfortably with production partners, agencies, venues, talent teams and internal stakeholders while maintaining ownership of timelines and budgets.

Be prepared to be hands-on on the ground. Seniority at Oner does not mean standing on the sidelines when something needs to get done.

Leadership & Strategy

Act as a senior leader within the US Partnerships function and a trusted partner to the Customer Acquisition & Growth Director.

Translate wider commercial objectives into clear priorities for talent and Partnerships.

Bring a strong external point of view on competitors, emerging talent, creator behaviour and developments across activewear, fitness and performance marketing.

Lead and develop junior team members, setting high standards for commercial thinking, relationship management and execution.

Work effectively across Partnerships, Paid Media, Brand, Merchandising, Retail, Creative, Finance and Legal.

Operate autonomously in an extremely fast-paced environment, making sound decisions without requiring constant direction.

Be capable of moving fluently between strategy and execution — presenting a commercial recommendation to senior leadership one moment and solving an operational problem yourself the next.

Within your first year, you will have built deep relationships across your roster, delivered against your revenue and investment targets, improved the commercial productivity of our US talent portfolio, identified the next generation of Oner talent, developed a reliable pipeline of high-performing creator content for organic and Paid Media, and become a trusted senior operator capable of independently leading major talent relationships and activations.

You’ll need to have:

5+ years' relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years directly managing high-value athlete, ambassador or creator partnerships brand-side.

Direct brand-side experience within activewear, sportswear, fashion, beauty or another scaled/high-growth DTC consumer business is required.

Demonstrable experience personally owning significant talent relationships rather than supporting them through an agency or intermediary.

Proven commercial track record with the ability to quantify revenue, ROI, customer acquisition or other measurable business outcomes generated by talent under your management.

Experience owning or materially managing a talent budget/P&L and making investment decisions based on performance.

Strong contract negotiation experience and confidence managing talent contracting and legal onboarding.

Hands-on Paid Media platform experience and a strong understanding of Meta/TikTok advertising, performance creative, attribution, CPA/ROAS and new-customer acquisition.

Excellent understanding of native creator content and production across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other relevant platforms.

Direct experience producing talent events, activations or shoots, including budgets, suppliers, talent logistics and on-the-ground delivery.

Established relationships across talent, agents and managers, ideally within the US fitness, activewear and creator ecosystem.

Strong analytical ability and confidence interrogating performance data and translating it into commercial decisions.

Proven people-management experience with evidence of developing high-performing team members.

Exceptional interpersonal skills. You should be able to build genuine trust with everyone from an emerging creator to a major athlete, agent, founder or senior executive.

Highly articulate and commercially credible, with the ability to communicate complex recommendations simply and confidently.

Exceptional pace, organisation and personal accountability.

Low ego and highly hands-on. No task is beneath you when it contributes to delivering the right outcome.

Comfortable operating with ambiguity, changing priorities and significant personal responsibility.
