Job description
About this role
As an Asociate Enterprise Account Executive, you'll sit inside our enterprise sales motion and work alongside senior sellers on our largest opportunities. You'll own top of funnel into named enterprise accounts: building account maps, running multi-threaded outreach, and keeping deals moving between calls. As you grow into the role, you'll take on your own discovery calls and start owning stages of the sales cycle. You'll learn by working next to people who have closed these deals before, not from a playbook handed down once a quarter.
What you'll do
Create top of funnel through daily outbound into named enterprise accounts. This is the foundation the rest of the role builds on
Build and maintain account maps: the org chart, the buying committee, who signs, who blocks
Partner with senior AEs on live enterprise deals, handling research, pre-call prep, follow-ups, and next-step chasing
Run your own discovery calls and take on ownership of stages of the sales cycle as you're ready
Bring us opportunities you find outside your named accounts. We'd rather chase a real opportunity than protect a territory map
Keep the CRM clean enough that anyone can pick up a deal cold
Travel for onsites, conferences, or exec meetings when the deal calls for it
Bring signal back on what's landing, what's dying, and what the market is telling us
What we're looking for
A track record as a top performer on an SDR or BDR team, with real pipeline generated, not just activity
Comfortable and consistent on the phone. You pick up and dial without being asked
Fluent in the sales stack (CRM, sequencer, data and enrichment tools, LinkedIn) and comfortable figuring out a new tool on your own
Multi-channel by default: cold call, email, LinkedIn, wherever the buyer is
A high bias to action. When in doubt, you send the email, make the call, make the ask, and you'd rather be corrected than stuck
Low ego and coachable. You hold strong opinions and take direction well when a senior seller has a better read on the deal
Clear, direct writing
Nice to have
Health tech, payer, provider, or digital health experience, and an understanding of how a health system buying cycle and security review actually work
Exposure to enterprise or complex, multi-stakeholder deals, even from an SDR seat
