We are seeking an experienced, motivated Sales Representative to join our well-established civil construction company.

This position is focused on building relationships, developing new business, and bringing in opportunities. We are looking for someone who knows how to connect with people, open doors, follow up consistently, and turn relationships into long-term clients.

The right candidate does not need a specific degree or educational background. We care more about proven ability, communication skills, motivation, and results.

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop new client relationships and business opportunities
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
* Reach out to contractors, developers, property managers, owners, and other potential clients
* Follow up on leads, bids, and potential projects
* Promote our civil construction services and capabilities
* Identify new markets and opportunities for growth
* Work closely with management and estimating to help convert opportunities into projects

* Confident, outgoing, and comfortable building new relationships
* Strong follow-up skills and persistence
* Ability to negotiate and close opportunities
* Self-motivated and results-driven
* Construction industry experience is a strong advantage, but proven sales ability and the right personality are most important
* Existing relationships within the construction, real estate, property management, or development industries are a plus
