Job Description:

Tasks-

Close on a varied portfolio of communities

Close on leases

Work with a team of other leasing specialists 

Running open houses

Meeting and greeting prospects

Answering the telephone

Making appointments and touring prospects

Prospect follow up

Leasing and closing rentals

Resident relations

Qualifications-

4 years of leasing experience minimum

Familiar with lead management softwares

High energy

Tech savvy

Team player

Friendly
