A growing Property & Casualty insurance brokerage is seeking an experienced Construction Team Leader to lead its construction insurance division. The role includes overseeing commercial construction accounts, managing and supporting CSRs and Account Managers, handling complex client issues, reviewing coverage needs, overseeing renewals, and working closely with producers, carriers, and underwriters.
Strong P&C commercial lines and construction insurance experience are required. Candidates should have solid knowledge of General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, Commercial Auto, Umbrella/Excess, Property, certificates, endorsements, and contractual insurance requirements. Previous leadership or senior account management experience is strongly preferred.
