Social Care Network (SCN) Director

We are seeking an experienced SCN Director to lead and expand our social care network operations. Responsibilities: Directing and developing social care network strategy, building and managing relationships with care providers and partners, overseeing compliance, quality, and performance across the network, leading a team, and collaborating with senior leadership. Requirements/Qualifications: Proven experience in a senior social care leadership role. Hands-on experience with HVCC or Somos is required (experience with both is a strong plus). Strong organizational and people management skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of social care regulations and best practices.
