Staffing Coordinator Position Overview

An Early Intervention and CPSE program is seeking a highly organized and dependable Staffing Coordinator to join its Queens office.

The Staffing Coordinator will help coordinate staffing needs for the Early Intervention and CPSE programs, ensuring cases are appropriately staffed and communication between providers, families, and the internal team remains organized and timely.

This is a full-time, in-office position in Queens.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate staffing for Early Intervention and CPSE cases.
  • Match available providers with open cases based on scheduling and program needs.
  • Communicate with providers regarding available cases and assignments.
  • Follow up consistently on open and pending cases.
  • Maintain accurate and organized staffing records.
  • Track provider availability and case status.
  • Communicate with families and internal team members regarding staffing updates as needed.
  • Assist with onboarding and coordinating newly assigned providers.
  • Maintain organized documentation and update internal systems.
  • Monitor outstanding staffing needs and prioritize urgent cases.
  • Work closely with program staff to ensure cases are staffed efficiently.
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support as needed.
Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with providers, families, and internal staff.
  • Proficient with computers, email, and general office systems.
  • Dependable, professional, and proactive.
  • Previous experience in staffing, scheduling, coordination, Early Intervention, CPSE, healthcare, education, or a related environment is preferred.
