Senior Regional Director, Chicago, IL at BBYO

BBYO seeks a passionate leader to grow membership, train teen leaders, and develop Jewish experiences for teens across the Greater Midwest Region, creating a dynamic environment where staff connect and make a positive impact. Responsibilities: • Manage staff and implement high-quality, engaging programs throughout the year • Mentor teens and provide leadership training, and support chapter leadership and programming • Recruit and train volunteer advisors, and build member recruitment pipelines • Coordinate regional conventions and community events • Manage budgets and contracts, and analyze data to inform decisions • Cultivate relationships with parents, alumni, and community partners, and support fundraising initiatives • Lead summer leadership programs (2-3 weeks annually) Qualifications: • 5+ years of work experience and a bachelor's degree or higher • Experience with youth or teens is required; management experience preferred • Must reside in the Chicago area, with regular regional travel required • Availability for non-traditional hours • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization Salary: $73,000 - $84,000 annually, plus a performance-based bonus.
