Key Responsibilities
Vendor & Client Management
- Manage relationships with client vendors and act as the key point of contact
- Renegotiate terms and agreements with vendors to keep the business competitive
Warehousing & Logistics
- Oversee warehousing, shipping, and logistics operations
- Step in hands-on with day-to-day challenges, including handling pallets and shipments when needed
Operations & Problem-Solving
- Troubleshoot issues across the business and resolve them proactively
- Handle employee relations and keep the team running smoothly
- Take initiative on any problem that arises and follow through to completion
