Job description

About the Team
This team is high-velocity and high-volume, growing quickly and experimenting often. Each member of the sales team is highly passionate about our Partners, the wellness space and studios they enable.

What You’ll Do:
Own the onboarding and ramp program for AEs and SDRs end-to-end

Run the new-AE incubator for core/high-velocity AEs: own them for their first ~2 months and graduate them at their first 3 sales into a Sales Manager’s team

Onboard and train Mid-Market and Enterprise AEs like new hires on a longer, segment-appropriate ramp (no incubator)

Be directly responsible for new hires’ early tenure — get them producing as fast as possible

Sit on demos with newer AEs and coach them live and after the call

Sit in on SDR cold-calling live (Zoom/Nooks), coach on messaging, objection handling and tone in real time

Train all new sales hires (SDRs, AEs) across the full sales motion

Coach the broader sales org — call reviews, role-plays, skills development

Build and maintain playbooks, battlecards, demo scripts and objection handling

Own sales process and enablement content, keeping it current as plays evolve

Stand up a call-review/coaching library (Avoma) and a certification process

Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and build targeted training

Use AI (Claude) to build coaching materials, analyses and enablement at scale

Measure enablement impact on ramp time and new-hire performance

The Incubator model
Applies to core / high-velocity new AEs (SMB-style motion). These reps start in your incubator, not on a Sales Manager’s team. For their first ~2 months, you own their ramp end-to-end — training, live demo coaching, deal support — with a clear graduation bar: their first 3 sales. Once a rep hits it, they graduate into a Sales Manager’s team as a ramped, producing seller. SDRs run through a parallel version focused on their first qualified meetings/pipeline.

Mid-Market and Enterprise AEs are different — no incubator. Their deal cycles are far longer, so “3 sales in 2 months” doesn’t fit. They still train and onboard with you like any new hire (shadowing, live coaching, playbook certification), but on a longer, segment-appropriate ramp rather than the incubator graduation model.

What success looks like:
30 days — audit current onboarding, tooling and content; map gaps; get in the arena on demos and calls

60 days — ship a revamped onboarding/ramp path and first playbook + certification; actively coaching new hires live

90 days — running a repeatable ramp cadence with measurable impact; new hires ramping faster and hitting early goals

What we’re looking for:
Prior experience as a trainer, in L&D, or in a dedicated sales enablement role — this is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have

Real sales experience — enough to sit on live demos and cold calls and coach credibly

Strong coaching skills — developing reps live and turning feedback into performance

Proven success onboarding and ramping new sales reps quickly

Strong instructional and content-building skills

Experience with HubSpot, Avoma, Nooks (or similar) and modern enablement tooling

Hands-on AI (Claude) to build materials fast

Highly organized, cross-functional, and comfortable in ambiguity

Passion for developing sellers and for fitness/wellness
