How You Will Do Your Work

As the Senior Video Content Producer, how results are achieved is paramount for your success and ultimately results in our success as an organization. In this role, your foundational knowledge, skills, abilities, and personal attributes are anchored in the following:

Strategic Thinking: You see how individual videos fit into larger narrative arcs and business goals. You build for scale, not just for the next deadline.
Collaborative Leadership: You lead through expertise, not authority. You brief clearly, give direct feedback, and find ways to say yes without lowering the bar.
Operational Excellence: You design processes that work for humans and scale cleanly. You spot inefficiencies and fix them unprompted, then document what you built.
Editorial Judgment: You make creative decisions grounded in storytelling principles and platform reality. You can defend a choice and still stay open to being wrong about it.
Craft Depth: You know production, editing, motion, and post well enough to talk execution with any freelancer. You know when to roll up your sleeves and when to delegate.

Qualifications
5+ years of professional video production in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
Demonstrated expertise across concept development, directing, cinematography, and editing
Track record leading complex projects from concept to delivery with minimal oversight
Strong editorial judgment and storytelling instincts across formats and platforms
Experience briefing and coordinating freelance and external creative partners
Deep understanding of YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and web, and how to optimize for each
Proven ability to design or improve workflows that made a team measurably faster
Portfolio or reel across multiple formats and series, with your role on each project documented
Experience in brand, corporate, or SaaS content a plus
Experience with video storage, DAM, or creative workflow tools such as Frame.io a plus
