Your role

We're looking for a Wealth Strategy Associate to:

• Support Financial Advisors in developing and implementing customized wealth management strategies and financial plans for clients.
• Analyze client financial information, goals, and risk tolerance to assist in preparing investment and planning recommendations.
• Prepare client presentations, reports, and planning materials to support client meetings and ongoing relationship management.
• Assist with the analysis, positioning, and marketing of UBS products and services while maintaining a high level of client service.
• Partner with Financial Advisors and other team members to deliver a seamless client experience and support business growth initiatives.

Your team

You'll be working in the Private Wealth Management (PWM) team in Century city-Los Angeles

Our team provides comprehensive wealth management services to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. We work collaboratively to deliver sophisticated wealth planning, investment management, lending, and legacy planning solutions tailored to each client's unique goals. The team is dedicated to building long-term relationships through exceptional client service, strategic advice, and access to the full capabilities and resources of UBS. Based on an understanding of client needs, goals, and risk tolerance, we develop customized wealth management strategies and solutions designed to help clients achieve their financial objectives.

Your expertise

• Has experience in wealth management, financial services, investment analysis, financial planning, or a related field.
• Holds active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
• Demonstrates knowledge of wealth management concepts, including financial planning, portfolio construction, asset allocation, retirement planning, and investment solutions.
• Has experience supporting Financial Advisors in developing customized wealth management strategies and investment recommendations.
• Possesses strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to evaluate client financial situations and identify appropriate planning opportunities.
• Has excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Maintains a high level of attention to detail, organization, and follow-through while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and wealth management planning tools.
• Demonstrates strong relationship management skills and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Works effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
