Job description

Description
The Construction Technology Product Manager - Procore is the hands-on owner of day-to-day platform operations within an assigned Procore product pillar (domain). This role configures, supports, documents, and continuously improves Procore so project teams can use approved workflows consistently and produce reliable operational outputs.

Why This Role Matters to Modern Niagara
Procore supports critical project and field workflows across Modern Niagara. This role turns platform standards and governance decisions into practical execution, helping teams work consistently, addressing adoption gaps, improving data quality, and ensuring platform changes are implemented cleanly across projects, regions, and business units.

Key Impact / Purpose

Keep Procore configured, documented, supported, and aligned with approved construction workflows and standards.
Enable users through role-based training, onboarding, coaching, and practical support that improves adoption.
Strengthen operational outputs as well as data quality and reporting reliability by improving platform setup, workflow usage, and standard field practices.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage company-level and project-level configurations, including templates, forms, permissions, workflows, directories, project settings, and standard tools.
Apply project setup standards consistently and maintain documentation for configuration, permissions, workflows, and setup requirements.
Translate approved business workflows into practical Procore setup and usage standards that work for field and office teams.
Develop and deliver role-based Procore training, onboarding, quick-reference guides, standard operating procedures, and adoption campaigns.
Serve as the first point of escalation for functional questions, usage issues, configuration problems, and workflow concerns.
Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, coordinate with Procore Support and internal technical teams, and recommend sustainable fixes.
Monitor adoption, usage, compliance, data completeness, permission structures, and configuration consistency, then support corrective actions.
Partner with Analytics and Integration resources to support Power BI reporting, data dictionaries, field usage guidance, exports, and connected workflows.
Assess Procore releases and feature updates, support testing and pilots, update training and documentation, and prepare users for material changes.
Gather user feedback and identify opportunities to reduce friction, duplicate entry, manual workarounds, and underused capabilities.

Must Haves

Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Information Systems, Business Systems, Project Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of construction operations and Procore platform experience.
5 to 10+ years of experience in construction operations, project coordination, project management, construction technology, business systems, or platform administration.
Strong knowledge of construction project lifecycle processes, field and office workflows, project documentation, operational controls, and platform administration.
Demonstrated ability to configure permissions, templates, forms, workflows, and project standards in a scalable and consistent way.
Strong training, communication, documentation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
Ability to work effectively across Operations, IT, Finance, Analytics, Safety, Quality, and regional project teams.
Ability to work primarily in an office environment with frequent weekly site engagement and regular movement through active construction environments.

Nice to Haves

2 or more years of hands-on experience with Procore or a comparable construction management platform, with current Procore certifications.
Experience supporting multiple projects, regions, departments, or business units.
Experience developing training materials, support documentation, workflows, templates, platform standards, or operational runbooks.
Experience supporting data quality, Power BI reporting, integrations, ERP-connected workflows, or analytics environments.
Experience participating in platform release testing, pilots, rollout planning, and post-implementation reviews.
