Location: Brooklyn, NY
Schedule: Full-Time | In-Office
Contract: 1-Year Contract
Salary: $100,000–$150,000 DOE

Position Overview

A growing company is looking for an experienced AI Developer to design and build a custom AI-powered software solution for internal use. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who can take an AI project from concept through development and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement a custom AI software solution
• Work closely with company leadership to understand business needs and translate them into practical AI solutions
• Develop AI-powered tools, automation, and internal applications
• Integrate AI models and technologies with existing systems and workflows
• Build, test, troubleshoot, and continuously improve the platform
• Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to apply them
• Take ownership of the project from initial development through launch and ongoing improvements

Qualifications

• Solid professional experience developing AI software and applications
• Strong background in AI/ML, LLMs, automation, and software development
• Experience building and deploying real-world AI solutions
• Must have a strong portfolio of completed AI projects to demonstrate
• Ability to independently take a project from concept to working product
• Strong programming and system-integration skills
• Creative, analytical, and highly solution-oriented
• Comfortable working directly with company leadership
• Must be available full-time, in-office
• Looking for someone who can make an immediate impact and hit the ground running

1-year contract with potential for continued opportunity based on the company's needs and project development.
