This position provides high-level administrative support to court administration and judicial staff. Coordinates office operations, manages schedules, travel, continuing education requirements for staff, new employee orientation, prepares documents and reports, maintains records, and facilitates communication across court departments and external partners. Handles confidential information, tracks deadlines, and ensures efficient, professional day-to-day administrative workflow within the court.
Anticipated starting salary for this position may be up to mid-point depending on candidate’s experience and internal equity. The full salary range is listed above and mid-point for this position is $34.22 per hour..

Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience
High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalent.
Three years' administrative support experience working for an executive-level position.
Licensing, Certifications, and Other Requirements:
Every person employed by the City of Scottsdale shall reside in the State of Arizona during his or her active employment by the City, regardless of whether the employee is approved to remote work.
Other pertinent licenses and/or certifications may be required of some positions depending on division/department/service assignment.
