Job Description:
Fidelity Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven HR Operations Coordinator to support the efficient operation of our Human Resources department and enhance the employee experience. This role serves as the subject matter expert for our HRIS platform (Paycom), overseeing system administration, process improvements, end-user support, and data integrity to drive operational efficiency. The HR Operations Coordinator is responsible for maintaining employee records, generating HR reports and analytics, supporting compliance and regulatory reporting, coordinating vendor relationships, and managing key HR programs and processes. This position also plays a critical role in overseeing payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring employees receive accurate, timely support while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and plan requirements. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and is committed to delivering high-quality HR support across the organization. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with comparable HR operations, payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS experience will also be considered.
