Teacher Aide

$17.82/Hour

THE ROLE
Win is seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Teacher Aide to support the daily operations of our Childcare program. Reporting to the Head Teacher, the Teacher Aide helps create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum that supports the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of children
Follow Win's philosophy, mission, and goals for the Childcare program
Participate in required Childcare trainings, both onsite and offsite
Support a safe, healthy, culturally responsive, and engaging classroom environment
Adhere to all Department of Health and Mental Hygiene policies and procedures
Supervise the classroom in the absence of the Head Teacher
Assist children with meals, toileting, diapering, and hand-washing practices
Perform classroom housekeeping and sanitation duties
Prepare learning spaces and materials for STEM and STEAM activities
Escort children on field trips
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head Teacher
