Job description

Job Responsibilities
Lead the Pillar 3 reporting function, ensuring compliance with Basel III requirements and other relevant regulatory standards.
Oversee the preparation and submission of the Pillar 3 report, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
Collaborate with various lines of business, Regulatory Controllers, and SEC reporting teams to gather data and produce Pillar 3 disclosures.
Lead the certification process and senior management meetings; present the report and a summary of key items and quarter-over-quarter changes.
Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Pillar 3 reporting process.
Ensure compliance with the regulatory reporting control and governance framework.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of reporting professionals based in India.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial reporting, risk management, SEC reporting, or a related field, with a strong focus on regulatory reporting.
In-depth knowledge of Basel III requirements and Pillar 3 disclosure standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a team.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA).
Familiarity with Workiva Wdesk (Wdesk).
Strong experience with SEC 10-K and 10-Q reporting.
Knowledge of Regulatory Capital and RWA; U.S. GAAP knowledge is an advantage.
