Description
Cleans the interior of the building, this includes; vacuuming, dusting, mopping, buffing floors, emptying all garbage and talking care of recycling program, cleaning windows, and cleaning bathrooms.

Snow removal on the property.

Changing light bulbs, fixing switches and outlets and other maintenance as required.

Painting of property as needed.

Sweeping and keeping the exterior of the building free of trash, leaves, etc.

Maintaining and ordering maintenance supply inventory.

Helping unload deliveries of supplies.

Delivering packages and mail to other site when required by the Director.

Qualifications
High School Diploma and related maintenance experience. Clean and valid driver’s license required. Needs ability to establish workload priorities. Physical ability to perform the essential job functions are needed. In addition, the Maintenance Worker performs any duties as required to meet the new needs of the position as they arise.
