Job description

Torah Live is seeking a full-time AI Artist to join our team on the Mishnah project, a claymation-inspired 3D animated series teaching Mishnayot. Familiarity with visual storytelling – composition, pacing, narrative structure, shot types, and editing rhythm – is essential to crafting engaging, kid-friendly episodes. You should be comfortable with cinematic vocabulary and camera shots: close-up, far shot, zoom, pan, tilt.

A creative eye, tech-savvy instincts, and the ability to pick up new AI tools quickly are a must. This role thrives on innovation, iteration, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

– Generate and maintain consistent character, prop, and location assets using AI image generation tools.
– Produce animated video scenes from storyboards and prompts using AI video tools.
– Troubleshoot and fix continuity issues (character drift, prop errors, wardrobe/scene inconsistencies) across renders.
– Collaborate closely with the creative/editing team to keep output aligned with the Mishnah project style and Torah Live’s quality standards.

Qualifications

– Quick, independent self-learner.
– Curious, initiative-driven experimenter with AI tools.
– Clear communicator in a fast-paced team environment.
– Must be a fluent English speaker.
– After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop skills (ideal), with a strong eye for visual detail and consistency.

Training: No prior experience with our AI tools is required. We’ll train you.

Compensation: Full-time position, salary based on experience. Must agree to work during Israel time: 9:30 – 5:30.

Also included: Mentoring from a senior editor.

Tell them you heard about the position from Nefesh B’Nefesh.
