Client Success Manager

What You’ll Do:
Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and ensure their success.
Engage clients in discussions about their programmatic desires and requirements.
Write unique programs and itineraries for individuals and groups.
Coordinate all elements reflected in quotes and itineraries in a timely manner.
Oversee the smooth operations of agreed-upon programs and quotations.

Proven ability to maintain relationships with a diverse customer base while improving satisfaction and business results.
Confident, self-motivated, and a true team player.
A strong desire and ability to learn new technologies.
Passion for providing a high level of service.
Native-level English (required).
