Position Overview
A boutique commercial real estate law firm in the Monsey, NY area is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join its growing practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who has a strong interest in transactional commercial real estate law and wants to develop their skills within a focused and professional legal environment.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, attentive to detail, and possesses strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Assist attorneys with transactional commercial real estate matters.
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents and agreements.
- Conduct legal research related to commercial real estate transactions.
- Prepare correspondence, memoranda, and other legal materials.
- Review transaction documents for accuracy, completeness, and legal issues.
- Assist with due diligence and document organization.
- Support attorneys throughout various stages of commercial real estate transactions.
- Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and other parties involved in transactions.
- Maintain organized and accurate matter files and documentation.
- Track deadlines and ensure assigned matters move forward efficiently.
- Handle multiple matters and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Assist with additional transactional legal matters as needed.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree required.
- Admission to practice law in New York, or eligibility to practice as required for the position.
- Strong interest in transactional commercial real estate law.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
