Director of Technology Strategy & Operations

Qualifications and Skills:

We are seeking an experienced technology leader who combines strategic thinking with practical execution. The ideal candidate will bring strong partnership skills, hands-on resourcefulness, and the ability to translate between technical possibilities and the real-world demands of service delivery. Ideal qualifications include:

10+ years of progressively responsible technology leadership experience
A track record of working closely with non-technical stakeholders to design and deliver practical, usable solutions
Experience evaluating, implementing and managing enterprise-wide systems,; Salesforce experience is preferred
Insight, experience, and resourcefulness in using technical tools and AI to meet organizational needs and manage data
Ability to oversee internal IT infrastructure and MSP
Demonstrated success leading teams and developing staff skills and motivation
Skilled at budget management, vendor management, and financial decision-making
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and align disparate teams toward shared goals
Ability to interact at an executive level with vendors, board members, and other external stakeholders
