MDS/PDPM Scrubber – Remote*

*Position Overview:*
Centers Health Care is looking to hire an experienced MDS Coordinator for a PDPM scrubbing position who will join our renown quality management and clinical reimbursement team. Remote (anywhere in the US) is an option, with work-site options in NY/NJ.
*Requirements:*
• Minimum 1 year of PDPM experience
• Active RN license
Ideal candidate has experience working as an MDS coordinator in a nursing home setting that is looking to transition to a more flexible role.
